The layout of this site takes into account the needs users who are visually impaired or have difficulty using a mouse. It is fully compatible with popular screen-reading software.

Access Keys
Access keys are shortcuts that provide quick and easy access to common pages without the need for a mouse. They have been included to assist visitors with disabilities and enable them to navigate around the website easily.

PC/Windows: Press "Alt" and the access key number to highlight the link, then press "Enter" to go to the corresponding page.
Macintosh: Press "Ctrl" and the access key number to highlight the link, then press "Return" to go to the corresponding page.

Enlarging Text Size
Some users might find the site easier to read by further increasing the size at which text is displayed. To do this, you can adjust your browser's settings by going to the Tools menu and then selecting "Text Size", "Text Zoom" or "Zoom" and increasing the size of the text. On most pages throughout the site, there are text size buttons that allow the automatic increase or decrease of text size.
