Donor Development Co-ordinator
Position Objective:
- To co-ordinate the planning and execution of the direct response fund-raising programs of the PETA Foundation (UK), PETA Australia, PETA Netherlands and PETA India, in order to generate and maximise income from members and prospective members of the respective entities' fund-raising programmes
- To ensure that all such programmes are cost-effective and completed on schedule

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Co-ordinate prospect mailings, to include assisting in the selection of external and internal lists from list brokers and in-house sources and co-ordinating the logistics of data gathering, printing and reporting with external vendors
- In consultation and verified compliance with the objectives, standards, and requirements communicated by PETA Foundation (UK), PETA Australia, PETA Netherlands and PETA India:
- Co-ordinate re-solicitation mailings for all retention mailings, including the annual membership renewal series and special topical "house" appeals to donors of the respective entities, and assist with the development of creative elements as well as segmentation and testing strategies
- Co-ordinate mailings to lapsed donors of the respective entities, to include assisting with developing creative elements, data selections and strategy for the supported organisations' annual ongoing lapsed-donor programmes
- Assist with the creation and development of a monthly pledge programme for PETA Australia and PETA India
- Assist with analysing the performance of the supported organisations' direct response campaigns and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings
- Liaise with telemarketing consultants and vendors, the respective in-house onlineĀ fund-raising managers and teams, external database agencies and staffers of the PETA Foundation and supported organisations to ensure that respective entities' direct response fund-raising programmes maximise net income
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure that all mailings are printed and mailed cost-effectively and on time
- Oversee the acknowledgement process and related mailings to ensure that thanks are sent for as many gifts as possible on a timely basis
- Prepare weekly and other regular analytical reports for the Director, International Response Fund-Raising to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of all mailings and related fund-raising activities
- Assist the Director, International Response Fund-Raising to prepare annual direct-response budgets
- Manage the Supporter Services Administrator to ensure satisfactory completion of work tasks
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor
