After PETA US exposed how live alligators and crocodiles are sawn open on farms that supply luxury retailer Hermès in order to make products such as Kelly and Birkin bags, a curious sight has been appearing outside Hermès’ stores all around the world.
Body-painted activists, dripping with “blood”, are making a bold statement against cruel fashion and urging shoppers not to buy accessories made by abusing and killing animals. Scroll down to see the latest action!

In Beverley Hills, sportscaster, television personality and model Bonnie-Jill Laflin teamed up with PETA US to lend her voice – and body – to shed light on the captivity and murder of thousands of alligators who are factory-farmed for Birkin bags, belts, and watchbands sold by Hermès.
