Need some delicious recipes to help celebrate St Patrick’s Day? Don’t fret that you haven’t found that elusive four-leaf clover just yet, as the luck o’ the Irish must be with you already.

The following are 10 tasty vegan-friendly recipes for you to enjoy:

  • Vegan Irish Nacho Pie

  • Vegan Guinness Chocolate Cake with “Baileys” Buttercream Icing

  • Cauliflower Colcannon

  • Irish “Cream”

  • Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread Scones

  • Irish “Lamb” Stew

  • Green Irish Soda Bread

  • Irish Coffee Cupcakes

  • Shepherd’s Pie with Wild Mushrooms

  • Irish Farmhouse Soup

By choosing vegan food, you can help animals enjoy St Patrick’s Day, too, by sparing them the horrors of the meat and dairy industries. Eating animal-free foods could also improve your health, although we would recommend enjoying indulgent Irish coffee as part of a balanced diet!

I didn’t know the vegan version of Guinness was available yet. That is excellent news.

Most of the recipes look amazing, but the green soda just looks so wrong.

I will be making everything on the list except for the fake lamb as stuff that pretends to be decomposing flesh off a dead animal turns my insides.

By the way, I am sharing this page out on my social media accounts. 🙂 Keep up with the excellent inspiration.

“Have the craic”? Have you ever actually met an Irish person?

    Recipes look good though
