Neighbours’ Imogen Bailey Earns Her Wings in Sexy Anti-Fur Ad
Imogen Bailey now has a pair of wings to match her angelic good looks!
The Neighbours star posed in PETA’s latest anti-fur ad. In the ad, scantily clad in white, Imogen proudly shows off a pair of angel’s wings next to the tagline “Earn Your Wings. Don’t Wear Fur”.
Playing Ramsey Street’s hot new character, Nicola West, the Australian model and actor has just hit our screens, but she is no stranger to PETA. This isn’t the first time Imogen has been an angel for animals, and her previous efforts for PETA affiliates worldwide include ads protesting against the Bull Riding World Cup and the use of bear fur for the Queen’s Guards’ caps.
Imogen posed for this ad because she knows there’s nothing cool or glamorous about wearing fur. Animals on fur farms are kept in tiny wire cages, where they are exposed to all weather extremes. And every year, foxes, minks, rabbits, raccoons, chinchillas and millions of other animals – even dogs and cats – are drowned, bludgeoned, strangled, electrocuted and often skinned alive so their fur can be made into clothing, accessories and other frivolous trinkets.
