Rockers’ Daughters Star as Angels for Animals

You’re never too young to speak out for what’s right. Thirteen-year-old Anaïs Gallagher, 10-year-old Stella Jones and 8-year-old Ava Jones – daughters of Oasis’ Noel Gallagher and The Clash’s Mick Jones – have proved it by teaming up with PETA for this brand-new ad to combat cruelty.

Rockers' daughters team up with PETA to speak out against cruelty

The angelic trio showed that you can have a good time while communicating a serious message, as they dressed up in tutus and combat boots and let their hair down for the fun photo shoot, which was shot by top celeb photographer Pal Hansen.

Children often feel a deep intuitive connection with animals and hate the idea that they might be harmed. Anaïs has this wise advice for her peers, “If you suspect that somebody’s hurting an animal, be brave – tell your parents, a teacher, PETA or a police officer. You could save that animal’s life”.

With such a vibrant up-and-coming generation of youngsters who are committed to kindness, the future looks bright for the animal rights movement! It’s definitely something to celebrate – so if you know any children who make respect for animals a priority, why not give them some well-deserved recognition by nominating them for our Compassionate Kid Award?

my 5 year old son Kairhys is amazing. he watched charlotte s web when he was 3 and was horrified to learn people eat animals and made his own choice to be vegetarian there and then. he can’t walk past kfc without shouting cruelty at the door. we also have 10 pets we rescued over the years all of which Kairhys bends over backwards to make happy. he is very hands-on and although only 5 he will take time to explain to his friends why he is vegetarian and why animals deserve our love. I’m so proud of Kairhys and his huge heart. xxx

Its great to see young ones being a sounding board for animals that my generation (50+) started years ago.The future of animals’ safety relies on our young generations to help make a difference. I’m proud of the young parents instilling in their children that animals have feelings, have rights and the freedom they derserve. Amen to the young ones, the animals will depend on you in years to come.

How inspirational to see the young ones speaking up for the animal kingdom..bravo and well done! It is time to bring animal education into schools and homes and where ever the good and positive message of animal rights can be seen and heard…..just as evil breeds evil…compassion and kindness can be seen as a step in the right direction!
