You’re never too young to speak out for what’s right. Thirteen-year-old Anaïs Gallagher, 10-year-old Stella Jones and 8-year-old Ava Jones – daughters of Oasis’ Noel Gallagher and The Clash’s Mick Jones – have proved it by teaming up with PETA for this brand-new ad to combat cruelty.

The angelic trio showed that you can have a good time while communicating a serious message, as they dressed up in tutus and combat boots and let their hair down for the fun photo shoot, which was shot by top celeb photographer Pal Hansen.

Children often feel a deep intuitive connection with animals and hate the idea that they might be harmed. Anaïs has this wise advice for her peers, “If you suspect that somebody’s hurting an animal, be brave – tell your parents, a teacher, PETA or a police officer. You could save that animal’s life”.

With such a vibrant up-and-coming generation of youngsters who are committed to kindness, the future looks bright for the animal rights movement! It’s definitely something to celebrate – so if you know any children who make respect for animals a priority, why not give them some well-deserved recognition by nominating them for our Compassionate Kid Award?
