    Hi PETA!
Thanks for the info on where to get a good vegan high tea. My sister and I went to Claridges about a year ago for a vegan tea. I booked in advance so they were well prepared. Our tea was simply amazing, with a wonderful array of sandwiches, scones, cakes and mini deserts, not to mention the wide variety of teas and coffees. We looked over at the other guests having their “normal tea” and decided ours looked so much better. I think Claridges deserves a mention on your list.

I totally agree with Kate’s comment, Claridges offers a divine selection of Vegan food, not just for the Tea – the whole Vegan menu is amazing! I am heading to The Ritz on Wednesday this week and it will be interesting to see if it can match Claridges.

The Garden in Hale, near Manchester, does an incredible raw vegan afternoon tea. Apparently they request notice of a week though. But you can just turn up for vegan and raw vegan cakes, cheesecake and ice cream.
