Report An Animal Emergency

If you are writing to report an animal emergency, contact one of these agencies:

In England and Wales, call the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999.
In Ireland, call the ISPCA on 1890 515515.
In Northern Ireland, contact your local USPCA. You can find the phone number here.
In Scotland, call the Scottish SPCA on 03000 999 999.
Elsewhere in the world, please contact your local animal-protection agency.
If an animal is in danger, you can also call your local police. And if laws aren’t being broken but you are still concerned about an animal’s well-being, please e-mail PETA US’ Cruelty Investigations Department at [email protected].
