This June, join our inspiring community of PETA Pack Push-Up Challenge participants and challenge yourself to make a difference. This is a virtual event – you can do it wherever and however you like – so take on the challenge and speak up for animals everywhere. Simply choose a supported bodyweight movement to complete every day for a month and get your friends and family to sponsor you!
Push-ups, knee push-ups, wall push-ups, planks, knee planks – there’s an exercise for every ability! Why not ask your friends to join in and build a team? You could split a target between you or each complete your own target. Or, if you prefer to go it alone, that’s fine, too – this is your challenge. Just make sure you complete your target movement in a safe way and in a safe place. And most importantly, have fun challenging yourself!

The PETA Pack Push-Up Challenge is a virtual event, so you can take part from anywhere in the world and complete the challenge in your own time. Here’s how:

3. Track your daily stats, share your progress, and encourage your loved ones to sponsor you.
To join our community of inspiring, fun, and compassionate fundraisers, simply sign up. We’ll be right by your side all along the way to motivate, guide, and inspire you to hit your target and raise as much as possible to support our crucial work.
Every penny you raise will help fund PETA’s life-saving campaigns to end the misery animals face in laboratories, in abattoirs, on fur farms, and in other dire places. We rely entirely on donations for all our work, whether that’s helping to develop state-of-the-art non-animal test methods, persuading major food companies to launch more vegan options (think Greggs’ vegan sausage roll!), or calling on fashion designers to take fur and other animal-derived materials off the catwalk.
