This new take on a traditional dish wowed the judges and voters alike. While the classic kimbap is made with seaweed, rice, lots of veggies, and often meat, this tasty dish swapped the meat for a Greggs vegan sausage roll. It’s hard not to be blown away by this well-rounded entry – a vegan sausage roll inside another roll is genius.
