- 200 g dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained
- 5 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
- Line a 20-cm square tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture in one even layer.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then remove from the tin and cut into squares.
- Store in the freezer.
