- 200 g dried pasta
- 1/4 cup mango chutney
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 40 g vegan yogurt
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 40 g raisins
- 25 g flaked almonds
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions and pour into a large bowl.
- Add the mango chutney, vegan mayonnaise, vegan yogurt, and curry powder and mix until evenly coated.
- Add the raisins, almonds, and spring onions and stir well.
