Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 240 ml almond milk

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, stirred

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

  • Chopped peanuts, to serve

Directions

  • In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, plant milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thickened.
  • Before serving, swirl in the strawberry jam and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
