Tangy Spreadable Cashew CheeseThe Whole Ingredient
- 100 g cashews
- 5 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1–3 Tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until completely smooth. Make sure all cashew pieces are processed.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
