The future of fast food looks bright at LEON, as the Mediterranean-style restaurant chain is introducing several tempting new vegan options for spring. The menu, launched today, includes Meatless Meatballs, the Plant Burger, and several cakes in collaboration with Rubys of London, a vegan bakery based in Greenwich. Here’s a full rundown of the new offerings:

    “Aubergine, black olive & rosemary meatballs in LEON tomato sauce with a vegan garlic aioli.”

  • The LEON Plant Burger

    “Edamame, lemongrass and chilli burger. Served with tamarind ketchup, fresh spinach, and a spicy pickled carrot slaw.”

  • Peanut Butter Jelly Brownie

    “A dense vegan chocolate brownie topped with peanut butter and raspberry jam.”

    “A mini vegan treat.”

  • Rose & Pistachio Baked Donut
