Vegetarian favourite Quorn has another new vegan option on the shelves. These “fishless fingers” would be perfect with mushy peas and chips

Oatly Creamy Oat Fraiche

The idea of using one thing for many purposes is rather modern and good for the planet too, especially when that thing is our fraiche without the creme (because we made it from oats). You can use it to make your fancy New Year’s Eve dinner delicious and then use it to make an awesome dip for your chips on New Year’s Day. And then you will have to buy a new one, which is the real purpose of this post, to generate a spike in sales of our oat fraiche during the holidays.

This is the perfect alternative to sour cream – just add lemon juice and salt. You can also use it to replace crème fraîche in your cooking or as a cooling sauce or dip.
