SoKo on Why She Loves Being Vegan
PETA sat down for a Q&A session with French singer-songwriter SoKo and chatted with her about her vegan lifestyle. The hit maker explained just a few of the benefits she has experienced since going vegan.
In addition to knowing that she’s living in a way that doesn’t hurt animals, SoKo feels much healthier about herself since she began eating only plant-based foods. Going vegan does more than help spare animals from cruelty. It also reduces your carbon footprint – and some say it can even make your skin clearer and your hair stronger.
SoKo is glad (as are we!) that increasingly more people are showing compassion by going vegan. She thinks this might be a result of the public becoming more open-minded in general and a growing awareness of the importance of showing respect for animals.
