- 150 g oats
- 80 g nuts of your choice
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 Tbsp cacao powder
- 500 g dates, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes and drained
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- Pulse the oats, nuts, ground almonds, and cacao powder in a food processor until you have a coarse mixture.
- Add the dates and the orange zest and juice and blend until incorporated.
- Roll into 20 balls and refrigerate for up to a week.
