  •  150 g oats
  •  80 g nuts of your choice
  •  50 g ground almonds
  •  2 Tbsp cacao powder
  •  500 g dates, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes and drained
  •  Zest and juice of 1 orange


  • Pulse the oats, nuts, ground almonds, and cacao powder in a food processor until you have a coarse mixture.
  • Add the dates and the orange zest and juice and blend until incorporated.
  • Roll into 20 balls and refrigerate for up to a week.
