Pineapple Ice Lollies

- 1 pineapple (approx. 830 g), peeled, cored, and chopped into large chunks
- 400 ml non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into 10 ice lolly moulds and place a lolly stick in the centre of each.
- Freeze for about 5 hours, until set.
