Lucy Davis: Watch ‘Glass Walls’ and Leave Meat off Your Plate

Compassionate people often ask about easy ways to share the animal rights message. Actor and PETA supporter Lucy Davis has a suggestion: “Glass Walls“!

Paul McCartney famously said, “If slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be a vegetarian”. To prove his point, Paul narrated “Glass Walls“, perhaps PETA’s most powerful video yet. The video uncovers the misery and terror that billions of animals endure at the hands of the meat and dairy industries.

Young piglets have their tails and testicles cut off without being given any painkillers. Sensitive chickens are crammed into filthy sheds by the thousands and never feel sunlight on their backs or a breeze on their faces until the day that they are loaded onto lorries and sent to the abattoir to have their throats cut – often while they’re still conscious. Fish are suffocated or cut open while they’re still alive on the decks of fishing boats. And calves are torn away from their mothers within hours of birth so that humans can steal the milk that nature intended for them.

This video is only a few minutes long and contains real-life footage of cows, chickens, sheep and other animals who are abused on factory farms across Europe and around the world.

Please watch the video, then join Lucy, Paul and millions of others in leaving meat off your plate.
