YOUTUBE STAR ‘SPRINKLE OF GLITTER’ DEBUTS NEW ANTI-FUR PETA AD
Zoella’s BFF Calls On Teens to Choose Animal-Free Fabrics

London – Cuddling her adorable cat Zula and wearing a trademark pink ensemble, internet sensation, lifestyle blogger and Zoella’s bestie Sprinkle of Glitter is the star of a brand-new PETA ad that proclaims, “If You Wouldn’t Wear Your Cat, Please Don’t Wear Any Fur”. The ad is available here.

“You know those ‘crazy cat ladies’ who think of their kitties like babies? That’s me”, says Sprinkle of Glitter. “To me, cats are the most wonderfully loving, sweet animals, and the thought of wearing their fur is awful. I feel so passionately about this campaign and am proud to be a part of it.”

As documented by PETA (whose motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to wear”), for every fur cuff, fur collar, piece of fur trim or coat made from fur, raccoon dogs, foxes, rabbits, minks or other animals – sometimes even dogs and cats – were killed for their skin.

Sprinkle of Glitter joins a growing list of stars – including Cody Simpson, P!nk, Ke$ha, Kellan Lutz and fellow YouTube celebrity Kalel Kitten – who have chosen to speak out for animals in PETA or its international affiliates campaigns.
