Tangy Spreadable Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

  •  100 g cashews
  •  5 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  •  2 Tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
  •  Juice of 1 lemon
  •  1–3 Tbsp water
  •  1 pinch salt
  •  1 pinch black pepper

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until completely smooth. Make sure all cashew pieces are processed.
  • Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
