High-Protein Chocolate Cookies

  • 30g vegan protein powder⁠
  • 1 can chickpeas, washed and drained
  • 150g smooth nut butter⁠
  • 80g Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP or FRUIT SYRUP
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
  • Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT for drizzling 


  • Preheat the oven to 170˚C and line a baking tray. ⁠
  • Place all the ingredients except the CHOC SHOT in a blender and whizz⁠ until combined.
  • Use a spoon to scoop out balls of batter and place them on the tray. ⁠
  • Cook for 13 to 15 minutes. ⁠
  • Leave to cool then top with a heavenly drizzle of CHOC SHOT.
