Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Spanish versions of the video already exist – and now, “Glass Walls” makes its debut in Swedish to help even more people learn about what really goes on in the industries that raise and kill animals for food.

Popular YouTuber, author, and vegan Therése Lindgren teamed up with PETA to narrate this new version of the video and spread the word to her fellow Swedes about the cruelty animals face in the food industry.

“Glass Walls” takes its name from Paul McCartney’s famous quote, “If slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be vegetarian.” The video reveals behind-the-scenes footage of the systematic abuse at abattoirs and factory farms that has inspired countless people to go vegan.

Billions of animals are violently killed for their flesh every year, whilst others spend almost their entire lives confined in filthy, cramped conditions and are forced to produce eggs or milk until their bodies are exhausted.

Not only does switching to a vegan diet help spare animals a lifetime of suffering, it can also improve your health and help reduce your impact on the environment.

In case you still haven’t seen this moving video, the English version, narrated by Paul himself, can be found here:
